The main problem of capitalism is that nobody is born with money. The main problem of socialism is that nobody is motivated by the necessity of surviving. This is why both these systems won't work effectively towards the prosperous future of humanity. Hybrid systems as are being built in Europe are closer to achieving this goal.
Equal possibilities should arise from the ability to receive training and education without depending on the origin and financial possibilities of the family of an individual.
Another point would be support after accidents that have casualties. If disability is inevitable and the individual is not able to carry his duties as effectively as before the accident, society should not make the individual dependent on external entities and provide additional training as if his life begins anew.
